Kids: (14 & under) $15 per person by June 25th.

Adult Individual: $60 per person by June 25th.

Any Registration after June 26th will be accepted on July 3rd on the day of the Race between 6:00 AM and 7:15 AM.

--ADULT BRACKETS--

Swim ¼ Mile: Takes place at Lake Wickaboag, W. Brookfield town beach. Start line is on the beach. Course will go out into the water 1/8th mile around a buoy and back to the beach. There will be life guards along the route. All entrants are required to wear a swim cap which will be provided by event officials.

Bike 12 Miles: Starts at West Brookfield Town beach, goes up cottage St., left on Lake St., left on Wickaboag Valley Rd., Wickaboag Valley Rd. becomes Barr Rd. when you enter into New Braintree, continue on Barr Rd. to stop sign and turn left onto Pierce Rd. to next stop sign and turn right onto Gilbertville Rd., to next stop sign and turn right onto West Brookfield Rd. which becomes New Braintree Rd., continue to next stop sign at Church St. and turn right, take left on Lake St. to stop sign and turn right on Cottage St. and ends back at Town Beach area.

       Roads are open to traffic. Ride on the right hand side of the road unless instructed by course marshal. Properly fitting ANSI approved bicycle helmets must be worn during the bike portion of the event. Helmet must be fastened before mounting the bike and must remain fastened until the racer dismounts their bike at the end of the ride course.

Run 3 Miles: Starts at beach, goes up Cottage St., left on Lake St., right on Wickaboag Valley Rd., left on New Braintree Rd., go up to turnaround table at Wickaboag Sportsman’s Club, back down New Braintree to end turn right on Wickaboag Valley Rd., left on Lake St., right on Cottage St., end back at beach at the finish line
RULES: All participants must sign a waiver. ANSI or Snell approved helmets are mandatory while on a bike. Straps on helmet must be fastened at all times. No
bike riding in transition area. No drafting on the bike is allowed.
Failure to follow the race rules will result in disqualification.
Riders must obey all traffic laws. Caution: traffic will be monitored at intersection,
but course is not closed to vehicles. Stay on the right side as much as possible.

Awards for Individual and Team Competition will follow end of race.

--KIDS BRACKETS--


Swim 100 yards:  Takes place at Lake Wickaboag, W. Brookfield town beach. Start line is on the beach. Course will go out into the water at the boat ramp move along parallel to the beach in shallow water, the full length of the beach, and then exit water to transition area. There will be life guards along the route.

Bike ½ Mile:  Starts at the beach, goes up Cottage St. to the Fire Station, Turn around and return to the beach.

Run 300 yards:  Starts at the beach goes across the road to the football field, one time around the field, back across the road to the beach parking lot to the finish line.
RULES: All participants must sign a waiver. ANSI or Snell approved helmets are mandatory while on a bike. STRAPS ON helmets must be fastened at all times.
No bike riding in transition area. A reasonable distance will be maintained between bikes. Failure to follow the race rules will result in disqualification.
Riders must obey all traffic laws. Caution: traffic will be monitored at intersection; course will be closed to vehicles. Stay on the right side as much as possible.

Kids QPT is not a timed event; as such, there is no first, second, or third place. All participants receive the same finisher award/medal. This is designed to emphasize participation vs. competition.

Refund Policy:
     No refunds will be made for any reason after Entry accepted. Entry fees cannot be transferred to another person or applied toward future QPT events. Selling your race entry slot is strictly prohibited by the QPT Committee.

     There is no rain date for the event. In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster, acts of god, acts of war or other unforeseen circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the race course for safety concerns. Under such circumstances, there will be absolutely no refunds or transfer of entries to future QPT events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe, and exciting event for all. Management reserves the right to reject or accept a race entry for any reason.

Lost and Found Policy:
     Our designated Lost and Found area is in the Information/Volunteer Check-In Station. Please check there before leaving the event if you have any missing items. Should you find that you have returned home with some gear that is not yours or that you are missing something, please contact, Dan Sykes, ph# 508-867-8596, e-mail: QPTC@Quaboag350.com . We will do our best to get your items back to you. All lost and Found will be kept for one month following the event. After that time, they will be donated to a local charity.
